Stampin' Up! And Many More — Congratulations

It's Challenge Time Again!
Today I played the ColourQ challenge and The Pals Paper Arts Sketch challenge. With my color and card layout taken care of...this card practically made itself! :-)

Design Details:
  • For the background of my card, I embossed a piece of Whisper White cardstock with my Big Shot and Decorative Dots embossing folder.
  • I used the new Stampin' Up! Triple Banner Punch for the three banners. It's the perfect tool for banners...no more uneven points for this girl.
  • The sketch called for a stripe across the top of the banners — I used Night of Navy Seam Binding and added a bow.
  • When it came time for the sentiment I grabbed the Stampin' Up! And Many More Stamp Set. I decided to use congratulations, but any of the 23 sentiments would have worked (well maybe not Happy Halloween or Hippity Hoppity).
