Stampin' Up! Go Wild for Watercolor Wings

Go Wild
Now that I've gotten a chance to use it, I really like the Stampin' Up! Go Wild DSP. It has a lot of character but it's neutral enough to go with anything.

Watercolor Wings
Today, I played with the Stampin' Up! Watercolor Wings stamp set. I made all kinds of gorgeous butterflies. This stamp set is so awesome. The butterflies are stamped in three layers in whatever colors you like.

The butterfly on this card was stamped in Pool Party (base layer), Bermuda Bay (wing edges) and Memento Black (detail and body).

Design Tips:
  • Use the lightest color ink for the base layer otherwise your detail layers won't show up.
  • Use the Bold Butterfly Framelits for easing cutting.
  • Embossing folders add detail and texture to otherwise boring cardstock.
  • Lift sentiment and butterfly off the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
